Estella's Bio... Estella has had an extensive background in corporate American. Industries include family staffing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, fitness and in the fashion industry. Her areas of specialty have been in sales, training, management, and marketing but her passion is in the art of writing and fitness. their classroom needs and is the founder of Ink n’ It, a creative network for aspiring writers. She and her siblings set up the ‘Harold P. Chavous Scholarship Fund’, a college scholarship created in honor of their late father who always put education first. Ms. Chavous is active in church ministries and is actively promoting her innovative approach to getting fit. She has a Fitness video that teaches Gods word through affirmations and mediations; and does affirmation workshops throughout the country. Her mission is to inspire other through the ministry God has given her. 
Jesus inspired Estella to be the creator and founder of Move in His Name.
Estella's company focuses on fitness instruction, spiritual meditation and motivational lecture series. She teaches different class formats and services all types of industries. Her work has been used by other fitness professionals to enhance their workouts by incorporating mediation and prayer into their workouts. Her programs are revolved around fitness for the total being. She has found huge success in those who have been exposed to her programs and feels her success has been in helping those help others through the fitness process. The result will lead you to a renewing of the mind, body and soul.
Estella Training includes; certifications from YMCA, American Fitness Association, Johnny G Spinning, Exer-safety and she is a American Heart Association BLS Instructor. Estella holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Bishop College and a MBA from Pepperdine University. She is an Director for Strategic Business Development and adjunct professor at Brandman University.
She has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years teaching various class formats. She has always had a deep spiritual relationship with Christ and at home has incorporated prayer into her workouts. She now wants to share her GOD given workouts with others through her Workshops, Affirmation CDs, Workout DVDs and soon to be released affirmation booklet.
She has received numerous sales and management awards, served on the Board of Directors for the, ‘Fall creek YMCA’, and is a founding board member of ‘Serving our Children Inc.’, whose mission is to provide direct monetary grants to teachers for up to 1k, to supplement
